End-of-day (EOD) summary

Workers sheet
One sheet per site per day: how many people of each worker type were on site and which tasks they worked on. See Workers sheet.
Worker type
A category of labour, e.g. Head mason, Wage worker (female), Electrician. Edited in Project setup → Worker categories.
General site work
People on the Workers sheet who are not booked to any task.
Live / Uploaded photo
Live = taken with Konkat’s camera; Uploaded = chosen from the gallery. Reports show which.
Delay
Days lost with a cause (e.g. late brick supply, rain). Can be added to the task so later work moves. See Delays.
QC concern / rectification
A problem found in a quality check, assigned to someone to fix by a date; the fix is the rectification, then QC closes it. See Quality checks.

Site logbook
Everything recorded on the project, newest first. See Site logbook.
Correction
A change to or deletion of an earlier or someone else’s daily log or workers sheet. Needs permission and a reason; the old version is kept in the corrections record. See Corrections.

A shared store such as “Central Yard — Medchal”, added under Stock → Stores. See Stores.
Stock in / Used on site
Material arriving (outside a purchase order), and material consumed on site.
Transfer
Moving material between stores, e.g. central yard → site store.
Count correction
A + or − entry to match stock to a physical count.
Counted in / Bought in
Each material is counted in one unit (Bag, Kg, Cum, Nos) and may be bought in another (Brass, Ton, Box) with a conversion. See Materials and units.
Material request
Site asking for material. An approver sends it from a store or buys it. See Material requests.
Reorder level

GST / GSTIN
Goods and Services Tax rate on PO lines, and the supplier’s GST number stored on the supplier.
Recipe
How much material one unit of work takes, with wastage — e.g. 1 cum of M20 concrete = 8.06 bags cement + 0.42 cum sand + 0.84 cum 20 mm aggregate. See Estimate recipes.
Auto BOQ / Shortfall
The total material the whole plan needs, compared with ordered, received, used and on site. The shortfall is what is still missing. See Auto BOQ.
