KonKat Docs
Construction execution, floor by floor

Every floor, every flat, every day — on one board.

Konkat is the site-execution system for residential builders. Plan on a Gantt, update progress from site in two taps, and print the proof when it matters.

Built for builders running two to five projects at once.

Most sites run on WhatsApp photos, paper registers and a plan nobody updates.

The plan driftsOne slab slips and nobody sees which tasks after it just moved.
Progress lives in headsWhich flats are tiled? Ask the supervisor — and hope he remembers.
No proof when it mattersQC issues, delays and rework disappear into chat threads.

One system from the planning table to the flat handover.

Engineers plan, supervisors update, QC signs off, owners see it all — each person gets only the screens their role needs.

A planning board your engineers will actually use

Drag tasks to move them, drag the edge to change duration, draw links between them. Before anything moves, Konkat shows every later task it will push.

  • Copy a floor cycle and paste it as the next floor — names update themselves
  • Critical path, day / week / month zoom, sub-tasks and curing reminders
  • Once work starts, every change needs a reason and the original plan stays visible

Site updates in two taps

Supervisors pick the floor or flat, tap In progress or Done, and add a photo if needed. Floors, flats and rooms roll up into the task automatically.

Daily logs with proof

Quick snapshots through the day and one end-of-day summary per task: crew by trade, work per room, materials used, remarks. Photos taken in the app are marked Live; gallery photos are marked Uploaded.

QC with a trail you can show a buyer

Check, raise a concern, assign the fix with a due date, record the rectification, close it — with photos at every step. Rework automatically counts as a delay.

Any flat, every trade, in two taps

Open a floor, tap a flat, and see where plumbing, electrical, plaster, tiling and paint stand — and what comes next in that flat.

Materials confirmed before work starts

Each task carries its material list. Days before it starts, the people who check deliveries are reminded; the dashboard turns red two days out.

Built for the person standing on the slab.

Big buttons, few words, works on any phone. The supervisor never types what a tap can say.

  • Pick a floor or flat, tap a status — done. Select several at once.
  • Camera photos are stamped Live; gallery photos are stamped Uploaded, and reports say which is which.
  • Tasks that need sign-off wait for QC before they count as finished.
  • The end-of-day summary fills itself from the day’s snapshots.

From setup to site in four steps.

01

Set up the project

Floors and flats are generated for you. Add your team with a role on each project.

02

Load the plan

Start from the residential template or your own, then adjust dates on the board.

03

Run the site

Supervisors update and log from their phones. QC checks and signs off.

04

See it and prove it

The dashboard shows today; the reports show everything, with photos.

Everyone gets the screens their job needs.

Questions builders ask

Does it work on site with a basic Android phone?

Yes. Konkat runs in the phone browser — no app store install. Photos are shrunk on the phone before upload so it works on patchy site data.

Can I run more than one project?

Yes. Owners see every project; everyone else sees only the projects they are added to, with a role per project. Copy a finished project to start the next one with the whole plan in place.

Who can change the plan?

Owners, admins and engineers. Supervisors update progress and logs; QC staff run checks and sign-offs. Every rule is enforced on the server, not just hidden in the screen.

Where is our data kept?

On your own server (or one we set up for you), in a standard database. Photos and drawings can go to cloud storage. Nothing is shared with other companies.

We already plan in ProjectLibre / MS Project. Do we start from scratch?

No. Your task structure can be loaded as a template, and the standard residential sequence is built in — excavation to the floor-by-floor cycle.

See your own project on the board.

Tell us a little about your sites. We’ll walk you through Konkat using your own floors, flats and task sequence.
