- 2 Daily logSend snapshots during the day and one end-of-day summary per task: where work was done, crew, photos, notes, remarks and material used — and how corrections work.
- 3 Workers sheetOne sheet per day for the whole site: worker types, numbers and the tasks they worked on. Shared crews are counted once; a new day starts from the last sheet.
- 4 PhotosTake site photos with Konkat's multi-shot camera (stamped Live) or pick them from the gallery (stamped Uploaded), label the stage, and view them by task.
- 5 DelaysLog days lost on a task with their cause, add them to the plan so later work moves, and read the Delays screen: causes, most affected tasks and the knock-on effect of overruns.
